Very nice and solid British pocket watch, mid-XIX.
The dial bears Masonic symbolics, beautifully painted with gold.
Movement is signed by Edw. Wheatley from Hammersmith (should be district of London).
The watch is made to the best standards, lever fusee movement features beautifully decorated coq with grotesque mask and diamond endstone.
Condition
Movement is in good working condition, though I don't guarantee time keeping.
Dial has minor reparation at the side (not very visible under the bezel) at VI hours.
Original hands, mineral glass.
The case is made very solidly, overall weight is 150 grams.
Diameter is 56 mm, height without bow is 69 mm.
