CARTIER - Extra Flat Gold Enamel & Diamonds Antique Pocket Watch

Beautiful thin gold enamel pendant watch by Cartier .
Diameter is 28mm, weight is 20 grams.

This superflat pendant watch represents all that Cartier stood for at the beginning of the 20th century – singular design, elegance, style and innovation.
18k yellow gold hunter case is decorated with translucent blue enamel over an engine-turned ground, narrow opaque white border, diamond rosette, push back, diamond-set pendant.
Watch comes with period golden brooch.

Flat movement is typical for Cartier period production and made by high standards.
In despite of it's thickness, movement is very quality one. It's equipped with cut screw-compensation bimetallic balance, it's jewelled to centre wheel.
Beautiful watch, both aesthetically and technically.

Condition
The watch appears to be in good condition.
The movement runs, but cleaning is recommended.
The enamel is free from chips or reparations, but as usual has some surface scratches.
Dial is quite fine with some painting losses.
It's not very visible, please mind, that watch appears on photos much bigger than in real life.
