Watch is signed by Albert Baillon in Paris.
Albert-Vincent Baillon was member of noted watchmaking dynasty.
He was son of Jean-Baptiste-Denis Baillon, Rouen-born watchmaker, relocated in Paris, and father of noted watchmaker Jean-Baptiste-Albert Baillon, watchmaker to the Queen of France Marie Leszinska.
Albert-Vincent Baillon was installed at place Dauphine already in 1700, since 1719 he was member of Jury.
Condition
Condition is quite nice.
Dial is in good condition.
Movement is running in every position, though I don't guarantee time keeping.
The plain brass case is in ok condition, with some period wear.
