These watches are usually attributed to late XIX century, it seems that they were mostly produced in Germany and probably in Vienna from remains of antique pieces.
The movement of the watch on sale should be about production of mid XVII century.
It's pre-balance spring, with the hand driven from fusee (normally it's driven by centre wheel). Fusee is made for gut, as it was used to do before wide-spreading of fusee chains.
The case and outer case should be later production.
Condition
The watch appears to be in good condition.
The movement bears multiple traces of wear, the watch is ticking but service is recommended.
Cosmetically it's in quite fine condition, with minor traces of wear.
