Beautiful 1/4 dumb repeating pocket watch.
Diameter is 41mm, height is 55mm. Weight is 63 grams.
Watch is luxuriously decorated with different kind of enamels - transparent blue-grey enamel over engine-turned background plus champlevé blue and white enamel.
There are two emerald being kept - in pendant and in opening button
The largest is emerald in pendant measure 4x4mm approx, about 0.2ct.
It's usually that the gems are intact, commonly, they are being extracted with time..
Watch is beautifully preserved, transparent enamel has only light surface scratches, it's free from reparations.

De La Gardette in Paris.
Louis-Mathieu de la Gardette received Master degree in 1767.
He was skilfull master and received status of Watchmaker to the Duke of Chartres (important noble title in Royal France, held by princes of blood).
Condition
The watch appears to be in very good condition.
Cosmetic condition is quite rare, very nice.
Technically the watch is capable of running.
Repeating "a toc" functions as it should.
Dial has few tiny hardly visible hairlines, hard to show.
Minute hand is repaired.
Mineral domed glass.
Overall very nice condition.
