Movement is production of Picard et Cie / Germinal.
The case is equally bears FG hallmarks for Fabrique Germinal. Founded in 1842, this company was firstly belonged to Meyer Frères, after it passed to Picard père et fils, and finally was renamed to Picatd et Cie in 1895. The company founded new brand Fabrique Germinal and was specialised on chronographs and repeating watches. In the beginning of XX century, after some innovations allowed to simplify repeating movement, it became one of the largest manufacturers of complicated watches.

The movement is in running condition, though I don't guarantee time keeping.

Case is made from quite thin gold and bears some small dents.
