Watch comes with outer protective case.
Diameter of outer case 57mm, diameter of the watch is 51mm.
The watch is beautifully decorated.
The back cover features delicate enamel miniature of two children over the blue translucent background.
Over the enamel there is applied golden banqueting cupid figure surrounded with pearls.
Overall scene probably depicts allegory of abundance.

The dial and extra-thin movement with verge escapement is signed by Achard & Fils in Geneva.

George Achard is listed as Master Watchmaker in Geneva. Until 1796 he was associated with his brother Jean-François, since then he signed watches as G Achard & Fils. Died in 1820.

Condition
The enamel has minor reparations on near to the edge of left side, to the bushes, the figures are intact.
Dial has one faint hairlines and common chips near winding hole.
Ultra-flat movement with verge escapement is in running condition, however time keeping isn't guaranteed and I recommend cleaning as usual.
Glass of protective case is foggy.
