Rare 1840s Patek Philippe Antique 18k Gold Pocket Watch

Nice pocket watch from Patek Philippe.
Dimeter is 44mm, weight is 57 grams.
The movement is equipped with very early version of keyless time-setting and winding system by Adrienne Philippe. While winding, the crown cannot be turned counter-clockwise - it's rotating in one direction only.
Comparable watch, with common cylinder escapement, was sold by Antiquorum for 8000 CHF back in 2003, described as one of the very few surviving early Patek watches with Philippe's new winding system.
The Patek Philippe museum holds shows original Adrien Philippe patents and movement design.
The signature allows to date the watch to late 1840s.
In 1839 Polish emigres Antoine Patek and František Czapek formed comapny Patek, Czapek & Co.
Six years later Patek & Czapek alliance was broken and Antoine Patek found new companion.
15 May of 1845, along with Adrienne Philippe and Vincent Gostkowski, he registered new company "Patek & Cie". In 1851 it was renamed to Patek, Philippe & Cie - the name which we know today.
Curiously, the back cover of the watch signed by London location.
Probably it refers to an attempts of the young company to enter the rich British market..
The movement feature side-lever escapement and unexpectedly bimetallic temperature compensation in the manner of Breguet, extremely rare for Patek Philippe watches.
Very nice and rare piece of company's history.
Condition
The movement is in running condition, though as usual, cleaning is recommended.
Case has common period wear.
Dial has several flaws.
It has reparations to the III and IX hours, where it's fixed by screws to the platine, with hours partly repainted.
I also features few very faint hairlines in the center of dial and several hairlines in the VI hours area.
