Rare and beautiful pocket watch in golden case.
Diameter is 50mm, weight is 95 grams.
Watch is signed by Joseph Sleightholm in London.
B. Loomes records J. Sleightholm, London, late 18 century.
Watch is hight quality piece with beautiful deep-blue enamel over guilloché background, it's also decorated with big half-pearls of high quality.
Watch is equipped with a quality British verge movement.
It's beautifully engraved and features nice signature, very nice cock with grotesque mask and diamond endstone.
Condition
The watch appears to be in excellent condition.
The enamel is beautifully preserved with very minor surface scratches.
Dial seems to be intact.
Classical full plate movement with verge escapement is in running condition, however time keeping isn't tested.
