Good quality chronometer movement.
Spring detent escapement, nice chatons, swan micrometric regulation.
Bimetallic balance with blue steel Breguet hairspring.
It would benefit some cleaning, but it runs good. As usual with chronometer escapements, you should turn a case a little to make it run.
Dial has restoration between XI and XII hours.
Obviously, it was recased, and I wouldn't say the new case is excellently fitted, the front cover is tends to open. But it saved the good movement.
The brass case is decorated by quite unusual pattern in Chinese taste.
Diameter is 55mm, heigh without bow is 71mm, or 2.2" and 2.8".
