Antique 1900s 18k GOLD, SAPPHIRES & DIAMONDS 1900 Lady Pocket or Pendant Watch

Beautiful miniature watch, richly decorated by sapphires and diamonds of old cut. Case is French made, movement is Swiss. Circa 1900.
Case is made from 18k gold - French rules doesn't allowed to hallmark watch cases for gold lower than 18k. The dust cover is also hallmarked by horse head (small 18k gold items). Back cover isn't hallmarked and the mounting for jewels are in white metal. I don't know which metal is this, as I didn't tested it. It's a some precious metal (14k gold alloy most probably) that is harder than gold, because 18k gold is soft and wasn't very practical for holding lot of jewels.
Perfectly normal case wear. Dial is without noticeable flaws. Technically watch is in good running condition.
Weight is 15.2 grams. Height is 30mm, diameter is 23mm or 1.2" x 0.9". Nice bijoux.
