Antique 1900s Solid 18k GOLD, DIAMONDS & RUBIES Lady Pocket or Pendant Watch

Beautiful lady pocket or pendant pocket watch in solid 18k gold case. Case is decorated with small rubies and diamonds of old rose cut. The jewels look a little close to lilac on my lcd, actually they are bright red. The case is French work by Sté. gén. des monteurs deboites - makers of beautiful watch cases from Besançon - French watch capital. The watch has French hallmark for 18k gold on all elements, including dust cover, which is also made of 18k gold.
Watch is in good condition. Minor wear of case, dial is in good condition with some wear. Original "Breguet" hands. The Swiss movement seems to be high quality Geneva production, looks slightly similar to Patek Philippe bridges layout. Movement is in good running condition.
Height is 37mm, diameter is 29mm.Weight is 19.5 grams. Don't forget to look my other antique watches on sale.
